Friday is Fun Day!

Okay, so, what do I mean by that?  I don't mean simply that Friday is, technically, the start of the much-appreciated weekend for the majority of people . . . . but that today, it's my "fun" day because I am changing things up a bit on my blog!  I am sure you have already noticed that I changed the background to something pastoral.  I loved the purple, still do!  But there has been and likely always will be a soft spot in my heart for pastoral scenes.  And this one just fits my bill.  As you may have noticed, I also moved the "Daily Puppy" to the bottom of my blog . . . .I love me some cute puppies!  So, it's hard to just get rid of them.  Not sure I will. For now, they stay.  :-)   I also changed up the blogs I follow list a bit, adding a few new folks!
One who isn't technically "new" is Joe over at Portraits and Perceptions.  His blog previously had a different name, but I just wanted to draw your attention to his new blog!  He has some interesting thoughts to share and he also is a talented photographer!  I enjoy reading his blog posts and looking at his photographic work.

That's pretty much it for me today, folks.  Not a whole lot to share.  I have moments of lovely inspiration of course, but I'm not always near my computer when I do and then, like a leaf in the wind, my moment of inspiration has blown away and I have to wait for the next one to come at a time when I can type it out on here!  Of course, I love to share my inspirational moments with all of you!  I also like to share my "goofy" moments and my more "somber" moments . . . . as much as you can take!  I will say I am looking forward to this weekend, I will get to spend at least the majority of it in the company of the man I love, and that, folks, is sublime.  :-)

For now, I will bid you adieu.  Adios.  Have a beautiful Friday, Friday is FUN day!  And have a marvelous weekend and remember, it takes less muscles to smile than to frown!!  Yes, you can quote me on that! ;-)
